As the Construction Director at Masdar, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution from design to handover. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule while maintaining high levels of QHSE performance. You will lead and manage the planning, control, procurement, construction activities, as well as oversee consultants and contractors to deliver functioning assets to clients. Additionally, you will provide support in decision-making processes related to project planning, design, procurement, and execution issues.

Key responsibilities include leading project planning and delivery on behalf of Masdar while ensuring compliance with quality standards and timelines. You will also play a crucial role in managing cost control measures such as invoice management and procurement management. Furthermore, you will be involved in identifying critical issues during project implementation and proposing mitigation plans to address any delays or challenges. Your expertise in renewable energy projects with a focus on PV Projects will be instrumental in driving business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline along with 10-15 years of experience in renewable energy projects. An MBA or Master's degree in a technical discipline would be advantageous. Certification such as PMC or Prince 2 will also be beneficial. Previous experience in international projects within the Middle East or CIS region is highly desirable. • 10-15 years of experience within renewable energy, particularly in PV Projects
