Senior Project Manager

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating them to achieve project goals within specified timelines and budget constraints.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular project reviews, report on progress to senior management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
At least 8 years of experience in civil construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
Excellent communication skills with the capacity to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in project management tools and software for planning, monitoring, and reporting purposes.

• At least 7 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure construction projects
• Experience with water and sewer projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
