We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager (BESS) to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from start to finish. This role involves developing and implementing project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities of the Project Manager include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless communication and issue resolution, managing resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project objectives. Additionally, overseeing engineering procurement and construction aspects of BESS projects while ensuring compliance with technical standards and best practices in BESS design and installation are crucial aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or related field), a minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Management with at least 3 years focused on BESS projects.

We are looking for an individual with strong knowledge of BESS technology, components integration with renewable energy projects along with proven ability to manage large-scale projects preferably in the renewable energy or power sector. Exceptional leadership skills coupled with effective communication abilities are essential for this role. Proficiency in project management tools methodologies is required along with familiarity with international standards for energy storage systems HSE requirements.
