In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the pre-boarding process for new colleagues and their families. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will welcome them into the organization, provide necessary support documents and handbooks, and serve as an expert on company policies and processes. Your duties will include drafting communications during the pre-boarding phase, collecting required documentation for employment permit applications, creating employment contracts and offer letters, and maintaining data integrity in our HRMS system. Additionally, you will coordinate visa applications for new colleagues and their families, organize relocations for overseas hires including travel arrangements and accommodation bookings, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is complete before their start date.

As a key member of the HR team at Miral Experiences, you will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires into their roles. This includes arranging colleague inductions with relevant departments such as Learning & Development and Security, preparing onboarding kits with essential items like IDs and IT equipment, and ensuring that all visa formalities are processed efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within specified timelines will be essential in maintaining high standards of service delivery throughout the onboarding process.
