We are currently seeking a Head of Leasing and Asset Management to lead the launch and leasing activities for a prestigious Grade A office development spanning approximately 80,000 sqm GLA.

As the Head of Leasing and Asset Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of project launch, pre-leasing strategies, marketing initiatives, tenant relations, and operational asset management. Your responsibilities will also include managing external partners, collaborating on projects, leasing processes, and providing detailed project reporting to investors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in office leasing and commercial real estate, coupled with strong asset management skills and a proven track record of achieving results in fast-paced environments.

Key responsibilities for this position include leading projects launch activities, managing consultancy relationships with stakeholders, implementing successful pre-leasing campaigns, collaborating on projects effectively, overseeing leasing operations, conducting asset management tasks, and providing comprehensive reports to investors and stakeholders. To excel in this role, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or related field (Master’s degree preferred), possess at least 10 years of experience in leasing and asset management with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles overseeing Grade A office developments. Membership in the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) would be advantageous.
