Our partner, an international Marine services business in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join their team. As a key player in the HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of daily HR operations and services, including salary administration. Your role will involve supporting the consolidation of HR reports, developing policies and processes related to talent acquisition, performance management, and strategic staffing. Additionally, you will drive initiatives aimed at enhancing HR functional excellence within the organization, leading organizational change efforts, succession planning activities, and coordinating internal training communication.

Collaboration is at the core of this role as you will work closely with Group HR to develop and implement effective HR strategies. You will also act as a Business Partner to Business Unit Heads for day-to-day operations while aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Managing employee relations effectively by addressing demands and grievances is crucial. Talent Management forms a significant part of your responsibilities which includes overseeing recruitment processes, facilitating smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, and managing exit procedures when necessary. Monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization falls under your purview.

Creating a positive working environment is essential in this role as you play a part in nurturing it within the company. Overseeing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance among employees is another critical aspect of your job. Managing compensation and benefits administration accurately and in a timely manner is vital for employee satisfaction. Your involvement in regional remuneration surveys and benchmarking exercises ensures internal equity and external competitiveness are maintained effectively.
