Detailed job description including roles and responsibilities The Human Resources Manager at GQG Partners is responsible for managing all routine activities related to human capital in the Abu Dhabi and London offices. This includes regional compliance, recruiting, full employee life cycle management, performance evaluation, learning and development programs, benefits administration, visa processes for new hires or relocating employees, employee relations, HR system administration, etc. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with local employment laws and regulations while recommending best practices. Additionally, they will oversee employee engagement monitoring and improvements as well as manage relationships with vendors, partners, and recruiters.
Key Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
- Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures
- 7-10 years of HR experience in employee benefits management, regulatory employment law and compliance, HRIS/HCM expertise, preferably UKG, and experience in the investment management or finance industry.
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to support multiple international time zones and unplanned issues.

- - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE

- - Ability to handle employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
