Our client, a leading provider of leadership consulting services, is looking for a talented Finance & Administration Manager to join their team in Dubai on a Fixed-Term Contract. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational functions of the Middle East office. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate preparation, review, and reporting of financial data for the Middle East office. You will collaborate with various departments such as Business Services, Procurement, IT, Legal, Marketing, and Human Resources to streamline operations and drive efficiency. Additionally, you will manage compliance-related responsibilities for the Saudi Arabia office and handle financial transactions including AR, AP, Treasury, and payroll.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree or qualification with at least 2 years of experience in financial or management accounting roles. Strong knowledge of computerized accounting systems is essential, along with expertise in UAE & KSA VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, while experience with Peoplesoft would be advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial as you will liaise with colleagues across multiple locations to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Job Requirements:
