As a Financial Reporting Specialist at Traders' Hub, you will be instrumental in ensuring precise and timely financial reporting while upholding local and international accounting standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial statements with meticulous attention to detail. You will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, providing detailed financial insights to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong technical skills in financial reporting, an in-depth knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements adhering to IFRS and GAAP.
- Maintain the general ledger accurately with proper documentation and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to financial reporting standards.
Consolidation and Intercompany Transactions:
- Perform consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translations.
- Manage intercompany transactions while aligning them with company policies.
Financial Analysis and Variance Reporting:
- Conduct detailed variance analysis on financial results highlighting key deviations from budgeted figures or prior periods.
- Provide valuable insights into financial performance by supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
Audit and Compliance Support:
- Collaborate with external auditors by preparing schedules and necessary documentation.
- Ensure prompt responses to audit inquiries while implementing recommendations effectively.
