As the Operations Director at Worley, you will play a vital role in steering the operational compass of a designated location. Embracing our commitment to sustainability and delivering impactful change, you will shape operational policies and practices. Your strategic leadership will optimize processes and align them with global standards to drive Worley's progression towards becoming a recognized authority in sustainability solutions. You will lead efforts to ensure 75 percent of revenue comes from sustainability-related projects by FY26.

Your key responsibilities will include developing objectives, policies, and procedures aligned with Worley's sustainable future commitment. You will provide business leadership in growing a sustainable business with all offices united toward common goals. Additionally, you will oversee operational standards within the location, engage with other functions to drive broader work strategies contributing to sustainable change, maintain customer relationships through effective communication and networking strategies promoting sustainable practices.

We are looking for an Operations Director with a University Degree or equivalent in a related field along with 15+ years of relevant experience in project management. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills showcasing the ability to integrate sustainability into all levels of organizational communication. Strong commercial acumen aligned with Worley's sustainability goals is essential for this role. • 15+ years of relevant experience in project management and thought leadership.
• Experience in large projects environment from Engineering through to Construction and commissioning.

• Able to drive change management across the location.
• Strong commercial acumen aligned with sustainability goals.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
