The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include operational management covering production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics; leadership focusing on leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team; strategic planning to optimize production efficiency; safety and compliance ensuring regulatory adherence; budget management including cost-saving opportunities identification; performance monitoring through tracking KPIs for corrective actions implementation; continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles; and stakeholder communication maintaining effective relationships with senior management.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or related field with 7-10 years of experience in plant management or similar roles. Proven leadership skills along with team management expertise are essential. A strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, safety regulations is required. Proficiency in ERP systems and relevant software is expected alongside excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with stakeholders.
We offer competitive compensation including an annual salary of $150,000 plus a 20% bonus based on performance.
