Global Heart Hub (GHH), established in 2019 and based in Ireland, is the premier international non-profit organization advocating for individuals living with or impacted by cardiovascular disease. With a network of over 130 heart patient organizations spanning across 40 countries, GHH aims to amplify the collective voice of those affected by heart disease globally. We are currently looking for a talented Digital Communications Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who is passionate about creating impactful social media content, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with diverse stakeholders across various platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with patients, healthcare professionals, industry partners, and advocacy groups to advance our mission at GHH.

As a Digital Communications Specialist at GHH, you will work alongside our dedicated communications team to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels, create compelling content that resonates with our target audiences, and provide valuable insights on campaign performance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support the development of visual assets for live events, webinars, and conferences. Ideal candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in managing social media platforms within the patient advocacy or healthcare market and demonstrate proficiency in digital media strategy development using tools like Adobe Creative Suite & Canva.
