Fire-Dex, a global manufacturer of PPE for first responders and an Independent Service Provider (ISP) under the Gear Wash brand, is seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Communications Specialist at Fire-Dex, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging end-users across various stages of the customer journey. This includes activities such as retention strategies, nurturing communications, and transactional interactions. Working closely with our marketing team, you will create personalized messaging tailored to specific audiences to enhance user engagement and drive desired actions. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance data to optimize lead nurturing processes and improve overall marketing funnel efficiency.

This fully remote position requires occasional travel to our headquarters in Medina for onboarding purposes. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications along with 1-2 years of email marketing experience. Proficiency in HubSpot is preferred, alongside knowledge of lead nurturing strategies and event planning skills. Strong communication abilities are essential for effective collaboration within the team and external stakeholders. • 1-2 years of email marketing experience
• Event planning experience a plus

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for end-users, including drip, retention, and lifecycle campaigns
• Create and segment audiences to deliver tailored, personalized messaging that drives user engagement and action
• Analyze email and campaign performance and prepare detailed reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
