As an Engineering Manager at Reynolds & Moore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert for functional safety systems, providing guidance to both internal teams and clients on system safety specifications, design, and verification.

To qualify for this position, you must have a Master of Science degree plus 3 years of engineering experience (or Bachelor of Science plus 5 years' experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields. You should also possess technical expertise in systems engineering related to robotics, electronic hardware, software development, or other relevant industries. A Functional Safety Engineer certificate is required along with more than 3 years of experience leading engineering or project teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong regulatory knowledge and proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire engineering teams.
