As an Engineering Manager at Reynolds & Moore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies. To qualify for this position, you must have a Master of Science degree plus 3 years of engineering experience (or Bachelor of Science plus 5 years' experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields. You should also possess technical expertise in systems engineering related to robotics, electronic hardware, software development, or other relevant industries. A Functional Safety Engineer certificate is required along with more than 3 years of experience leading engineering or project teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong regulatory knowledge and proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire engineering teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
