In this newly created position, the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering will lead a team of six engineers, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic planning to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will possess a BS degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, or Business, with advanced technical or business management degrees being highly desirable. With at least five years of leadership experience and proven problem-solving skills, the Senior Manager must demonstrate expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives effectively.

The role requires strong project management capabilities to coordinate various tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
