We are currently looking for an experienced Director of Pre-Construction Engineering to oversee the engineering aspects of our pre-construction phase. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring meticulous planning and preparation for successful execution of our renewable energy projects, including utility-scale solar and BESS. Working closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders, you will lead a team of engineers to ensure projects meet technical, regulatory, and financial requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in pre-construction engineering with a focus on BESS and utility-scale solar projects. You should possess proven expertise in designing, planning, and executing large-scale renewable energy projects along with in-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices. An advanced degree in Engineering or Environmental Science is preferred. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
As the Director of Pre-Construction Engineering at Intelletec Energy, you will lead the engineering team to ensure timely project planning and design. You will develop strategies to optimize project outcomes, oversee technical documentation preparation, collaborate with various stakeholders for seamless integration of engineering solutions into project plans, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, manage engineering risks effectively, stay updated on industry trends for driving innovation within the team. Reporting on project progress and providing insights to senior management for improvement will also be part of your responsibilities.
