As a Finance Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial planning and analysis for our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets while monitoring performance trends and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will conduct cost-benefit analysis to optimize production costs and ensure operational efficiency. Providing financial reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making will also be a key part of your role.
In this position, you will be expected to ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls. You will oversee financial transactions, manage cash flow effectively, and optimize working capital. Implementing robust financial policies, procedures, and controls will be essential. Furthermore, you will assess financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, provide guidance on capital investments and cost-saving initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred) along with professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or CFA. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in financial management within large-scale manufacturing or process industries is required. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis is essential. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and excellent leadership skills are also necessary for this role.
