We are looking for a highly qualified person to lead our Sales department as the Director for Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, along with a customer service attitude. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for achieving business goals and driving results.
Key Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of sales experience in the medical sector
- Field experience as a country Sales Manager for a multinational drug company in KSA, or at a major health insurer in KSA, or Hospital/laboratory chains in KSA
- Experience managing a team of minimum 55 sales reps and supervisors
- Good knowledge of digital marketing methods in KSA
- Strong network of practicing physicians in Riyadh
- Understanding of SOP’s of major medical insurers in KSA. Personal relations with key executives in major health insurers is an asset.
- Proficiency in operating CRM software and devising sales strategies and targets
- Adequate knowledge of the English language (spoken-written)
