We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Business Development Manager-Express at our Riyadh office.

As the Business Development Manager-Express, you will report directly to the Country Director/Branch Manager. Your responsibilities will include gathering market information through direct customer interactions, developing performance metrics for business development, monitoring local market trends and competitor intelligence, sharing insights with the marketing department, and cultivating relationships with new and existing customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing sales administration processes, identifying new business opportunities, planning effective strategies to attract new clients, coordinating commercial responses, overseeing project implementation, and designing action plans to enhance customer experience.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field along with 5-7 years of proven experience in business development or sales roles. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within our diverse team and client base; proficiency in Arabic would be advantageous. Eligibility to work in KSA is required along with strong skills in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
