As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing an integrated marketing strategy for the design & hospitality portfolio. This includes developing campaigns for exhibitors, conferences, visitors, and special events using the full marketing mix to align with overall business objectives. You will identify target segments within the universe and develop personas, value propositions, and messaging tailored to each segment. Collaboration with internal teams is key as you work closely with the Exhibition Director/SMM to manage budgets effectively for optimal ROI.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize various marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, digital marketing, PPC, and more to reach your target audience. By analyzing past campaigns and KPIs, you will make data-driven decisions to enhance future campaigns and ensure continuous improvement. Monitoring campaign performance through analytics tools like GA & Power BI will enable you to track progress accurately and make informed recommendations for adjustments as needed.
