Our client, a leading player in the exhibition and events industry in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic Sales Director - Construction to join their team. With a mission to drive revenue generation through the sale of exhibition stands and sponsorship packages, we are looking for a motivated individual who can achieve agreed sales targets for our events. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Event Director to manage a network of overseas sales agents, seek out new business opportunities, and monitor sales figures regularly to keep senior management informed of progress.

As the Sales Director - Construction, you will be responsible for selling exhibition space and sponsorships in line with set targets to ensure revenue budgets are met. You will actively review competitive publications/exhibitions, identify new leads, visit existing and potential clients, and develop relationships within the marketplace. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that maximize exhibitor participation and attendance figures. Strong communication skills in Arabic & English are essential, along with 8-10 years of B2B sales management experience within the exhibitions/events industry.
