As a Human Resources Assistant at Linxon in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes. You will manage government HR-related portals to ensure the accurate and timely submission of required documents.

Furthermore, as a Human Resources Assistant at Linxon, you will conduct HR data analysis to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements in HR operations and strategies. You will create and present HR reports using advanced analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Additionally, you will assist in developing training programs for employees on various HR-related topics like compliance, diversity, and inclusion.
