As we expand our presence in Saudi Arabia with the opening of Rixos Obhur Jeddah, the first luxurious integrated resort in Jeddah, we are seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Manager to join our team.

As the Learning & Development Manager at Rixos Obhur Jeddah, you will play a crucial role in training in-house departmental Technical Trainers to cover all required fields effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising internal technical training sessions for Department Heads and supervisors. Additionally, you will work closely with regional or corporate Training departments to ensure alignment of training activities. Your duties will include conducting general training topics, overseeing new employee orientation within the Work Supporter System under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources, and supporting departmental mentors to ensure proper introduction of new employees.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong carpentry skills and be able to execute all carpentry work associated with maintaining our complex to the highest professional standards. You will also be responsible for compiling and updating technical training manuals and tools per field as needed.
