Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Lufthansa Technik, you will be responsible for managing airframe-related components business in the Middle East and nearby regions. Your primary tasks will include handling account and customer service management, preparing repair quotes, upselling to existing customers for future business opportunities, aligning with customers on specific demands, creating account reports and KPIs, growing customer accounts, supporting budgeting and revenue development efforts, analyzing profit and costs evaluations, identifying potential improvements for profit optimization, ensuring contracted service performance meets expectations while focusing on cost reduction potentials.

The ideal candidate for this role should have practical experience in Account Management within the aviation industry or similar sectors. Knowledge of composite parts or other aviation products is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with regional business practices and aviation culture is essential. Strong communication skills in English are required; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office tools is necessary along with excellent negotiation abilities, problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, research capabilities organizational skills.
