We are currently seeking a dedicated F&B Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Food & Beverage outlets. Responsibilities include monitoring duty schedules, setting up the outlet according to meal settings and opening hours, maximizing revenue, and conducting regular training sessions for the team. The F&B Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, handling guest complaints, ensuring staff appearance and grooming standards are met, and contributing to the upkeep of the outlet's database of regular guests.

The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to service excellence and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role. A thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, as well as knowledge of company policies regarding safety procedures and operational standards is required.
