As a Waiter/Waitress at MOVENPICK, your role will involve promoting a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times towards both guests and colleagues. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless operations and service excellence. Building strong relationships with guests by providing sincere, warm, and enthusiastic service is key to achieving guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up the assigned Food & Beverage outlet in a timely manner according to meal settings and opening hours.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities include planning and organizing tasks related to the efficient setup of the outlet as well as contributing towards meeting revenue budgets while controlling operational expenses. You will participate in regular training sessions to enhance your guest care skills, product knowledge, grooming standards, and upselling techniques. Following instructions from your immediate Supervisor during duty shifts is essential for tasks such as basic cleaning work, equipment polishing, table setting, and material collection from other departments.
