We are currently seeking a dynamic Director of Food and Beverage to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations in the Food & Beverage department with the aim of enhancing the guest experience. Your responsibilities include creating unique dining experiences, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs to maximize satisfaction, and driving departmental profitability. You will lead and mentor restaurant, room service, and bar managers while collaborating with contractors and suppliers to maintain high standards. Identifying trends, driving improvements, initiating changes, and developing advertising campaigns are also key aspects of this position.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star property. A University Degree is required along with exceptional leadership, coaching, mentoring skills, outstanding presentation abilities, progressive career growth in Food & Beverage management roles, strong strategic thinking capabilities, and analytical skills. Experience in a 5-star hotel or resort setting is essential; high-end boutique hotel experience would be advantageous.
