As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for responding promptly and accurately to employee inquiries, ensuring all documentation is complete and precise, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for on-site people issues, and supporting managers with attendance tracking. Additionally, you will collaborate with payroll teams to guarantee accurate payroll inputs, deliver training on policies and procedures to team members, create standard communications and reports, conduct deep dives on issues when necessary, lead process improvement efforts, develop recommendations for resource optimization, manage employee engagement programs effectively, and undertake project tasks as assigned.
