As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the expected growth rate of the business by designing and monitoring metrics for tracking financial and operational performance. You will be responsible for preparing budgets, forecasts, cash flow statements, and timely financial reports. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of appropriate systems and internal controls to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
Your duties will include managing profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow statements, monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations, as well as delivering reports for finance committees and the board. You will analyze financial data to identify key variances from budget targets and recommend changes to improve financial performance. Moreover, you will lead financial forecasting for new projects, optimize long-term financial performance through strategic options, implement risk management frameworks, oversee expense administration including insurance renewal processes, and manage acquisition negotiations.
