Vice President Terminal Operations

Emarat - Emirates General Petroleum Corporation, a leading organization in the petroleum industry in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Vice President Terminal Operations to oversee its terminals, joint venture terminal, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) filling and distribution plants. The primary goal of this role is to ensure safe and efficient operations aligned with EMARAT's strategic priorities and goals.

The Vice President Terminal Operations will play a crucial role in contributing to the development and implementation of the Terminals & Logistics Department's strategic priorities and goals. Responsibilities include planning and executing business processes in compliance with company policies, conducting reviews for improvement opportunities, generating reports as needed, preparing departmental business plans and budgets, analyzing cash flow and expenses for optimal resource utilization, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, resolving operational issues with customers, identifying improvements in terminal facilities through research analysis, collaborating with engineering departments on related matters, maintaining effective relationships with external parties, representing the Section in core Committees on terminal operation matters.

Applicants must have knowledge of Terminal Operation activities and Supply Chain Management along with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical). A minimum of 10 years of experience within Petroleum Terminal Operations with at least 3 years in a managerial role is required. Experience in the Oil & Gas Distribution Industry is preferred.
