As the Operations Director at Hermès, your key responsibilities will include leading, coaching, mentoring, and managing operations teams to ensure goals are achieved. This includes organizing preventive maintenance plans, monitoring maintenance contracts performance, and providing overall management direction for stores' projects. You will also be responsible for defining a retail operations vision across all locations, supervising store operations standards, implementing KPIs to monitor back-office activities, and identifying systems to minimize loss of merchandise.
