The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function at MINIMALIST. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. The HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.

Key Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources management.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Skills:
  • - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • - Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite.
