As an HR Executive at Programmers Force, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition and onboarding processes. This includes posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. You will also be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with Dubai's work visa requirements and providing orientation to integrate them seamlessly into the company.

In addition to recruitment responsibilities, you will oversee employee relations and engagement efforts.
