Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Sharjah. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training and development, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.


Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in all areas of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Relevant HR certifications are preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
