Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a leading recruitment and executive search firm in Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health, and driving sustainable growth. As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will collaborate with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement the company's strategic vision and long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic vision and financial goals. Provide insights to support decision-making, business planning, and growth initiatives.
Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Implement internal controls for safeguarding assets. Oversee insurance, risk management, and legal matters related to financial operations.
Treasury and Capital Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, debt strategies for liquidity. Optimize capital structure and oversee investment strategies for optimal returns on assets.
Operational Efficiency: Drive improvement in financial processes, systems, reporting. Mentor finance team for high performance. Collaborate with other departments for improved outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial management, risk management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software
