We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for the MEA region to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the META Regional Business Development & Business Operations Director, this role involves managing various business development projects involving in-licensing, divestiture, asset acquisition opportunities, co-marketing, co-promotion, and distribution & promotion engagements in both Rx and consumer health portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing business development deals once executed, with guidance from department heads based on business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or above in Pharmacy, Life Science, Economics, Business Administration or related fields. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry specifically in business development within the Middle East & Africa region is required. Proficiency in IQVIA, MS Office applications at an advanced level is essential. Fluency in English and Arabic is also necessary for effective communication.

Key responsibilities include scouting products and companies aligned with company strategy across MEA Region, researching target market initiatives with regional teams, developing financial analysis and business cases for management review, negotiating with potential partners, and overseeing proper implementation post-deal execution. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills along with project management expertise to drive successful outcomes within strict deadlines.
