We are currently seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be based remotely in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in automation, team leadership, organizational development, business growth, and company optimization. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Strategy & Operations Manager will play a crucial role in driving organizational growth and profitability by cultivating a high-performance culture, streamlining operations, and executing strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities for this role include building and guiding a cohesive team focused on excellence and continuous improvement. The Strategy & Operations Manager will also be responsible for strategic planning and execution by identifying new market opportunities and securing partnerships for growth. Additionally, this role involves optimizing business processes through automation solutions to enhance efficiency across all functions. Performance management systems design and implementation will also fall under the purview of the Strategy & Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will possess competencies such as bilingual communication skills (English and Arabic), attention to detail in all deliverables, proactive problem-solving abilities with autonomy in decision-making processes.
