National Sales Manager

Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical company, is seeking a dedicated National Sales Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. As the National Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable and profitable growth within the consumer health portfolio through strategic planning, forecasting, and operational excellence. Your main responsibilities will include expanding market share, optimizing the product portfolio, and achieving sales targets while effectively managing the P&L.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets. You will also analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities and risks. Additionally, you will align and optimize the product portfolio with market needs, identify growth opportunities, and manage near-expiry products to minimize returns.

As the National Sales Manager, you will lead and develop the sales team to meet KPIs by conducting field visits, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and grooming potential candidates for higher roles. You will also collaborate with marketing, regulatory, distribution partners while building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), decision-makers, and key accounts.
