Financial Reporting and Analysis
Prepare accurate financial information and error-free accounting reports
Analyze financial statements, identify discrepancies, and suggest improvements
Prepare and summarize transaction reports and financial status, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements
Transaction Management
Verify, allocate, post, and enter transactions to ensure the integrity of accounting information
Conduct regular account reconciliation
Analyze inter-company transactions, bank statements, and generate invoices
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Support and Coordination
Provide support in month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist in tax returns and tax audits
Present financial reports to higher management
Team Management and Process Improvement
Manage and mentor bookkeepers and other accountants
Plan and assign duties to staff members
Review accounting systems and develop financial procedures for efficiency
Assist in the department's goal-setting process
Compliance and Knowledge Maintenance
Stay updated with the latest business trends
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
VAT certification preferred
3-5+ years experience in accounting field
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Proficiency in accounting software ERP and MS Excel
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interpret and present information to other departments
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and manage internal controls
Hardworking, honest, and able to handle sensitive and confidential data
