We are currently seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and implementing strategies to enhance the structure, culture, and performance of our department. As an Organizational Development Specialist at Premium Food Company Ltd., your key responsibilities will include optimizing departmental structures by assessing current workflows and processes. In order to be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), along with 5+ years of experience in organizational development or human resources. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in organizational design principles and tools are essential. Preferred qualifications include certifications in OD or change management (e.g., Prosci), experience conducting training sessions/workshops, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
