We are currently seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and implementing strategies to enhance the structure, culture, and performance of our department. This role involves aligning organizational goals with departmental strategies, driving employee engagement, improving workflows, and ensuring the effective deployment of best practices.

As an Organizational Development Specialist at Premium Food Company Ltd., your key responsibilities will include optimizing departmental structures by assessing current workflows and processes. Preferred qualifications include certifications in OD or change management (e.g., Prosci), experience conducting training sessions/workshops, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
