As the Senior Manager of Operations and Maintenance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all field operations and maintenance processes. You will be responsible for managing on-site teams, executing improvements to operational methods as directed by senior management, and ensuring reliable utility services to end customers. Your strategic contributions will involve maintaining and operating utility assets at maximum efficiency, attending to faults or repairs within agreed SLA's, and overseeing regular inspections and reliability activities.

In addition to leading the maintenance department towards achieving goals and improving KPIs, you will also collaborate with suppliers or vendors to ensure efficient execution of all operations and maintenance work. As a leader in this role, you will coordinate activities with external stakeholders, manage field operations daily, plan maintenance activities periodically, communicate progress updates to senior management effectively, and incorporate world-class reliability standards into our processes.

To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with Electrical/Mechanical/Telecommunication technology along with a minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience. Experience as a project lead/manager for at least one year is preferred.
