The Senior Manager position at DWTC reports to the Director – Portfolio Investment within the Corporate Strategy Division. This role is crucial in structuring optimal solutions for investment, partnership, and ROI delivery. Responsibilities include developing business cases for identified investments, engaging with stakeholders to build elaborate business plans and feasibility studies for new investments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with additional qualifications like Masters Degrees in Finance or Real Estate being advantageous. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investment management or strategic management consulting is required.

The successful candidate will support the identification and prioritization of investments aligned with the company's strategy while independently developing business cases including financial models and conducting analysis such as benchmarking and feasibility studies. They will also be responsible for supporting negotiations with partners, tracking investments being made, providing recommendations to management, and engaging extensively with internal and external stakeholders related to investment activities. The role requires advanced familiarity with financial business case development and corporate investment processes.

If you have prior experience in real estate investment management or strategic advisory roles within large organizations along with international exposure working with cross-functional executive teams or departments, this role is ideal for you.
