AVA Real Estate is a leading and innovative real estate firm, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. As a key player in the real estate industry, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate must have a Dubai real estate experience, a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals, will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.


Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the real estate industry's unique needs.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for various roles within the organization.
Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement training programs that address the specific needs of real estate professionals.
Stay abreast of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure HR practices are current and compliant.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, taking into consideration the competitive nature of the real estate market.
Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace culture.
Implement and maintain streamline of HR processes and enhance data accuracy.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong understanding of real estate operations and the unique challenges faced by professionals in the industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Key Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources management
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies implementation
