Treasury Manager

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Director of Treasury and Special Projects, engaging in fundraising and investment banking activities. This pivotal role involves conducting in-depth financial analysis, developing intricate financial models, assessing risks, and preparing compelling pitch presentations for various stakeholders.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed financial models to support valuations, forecasts, and transaction structures. The Treasury Manager will perform scenario analysis to evaluate potential outcomes and assess impacts on financial projections. Additionally, analyzing historical financial performance and market trends to provide actionable insights will be crucial for strategic decision-making within the organization.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field. An advanced degree such as an MBA or CFA is preferred. Furthermore, 5-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking or corporate finance is required. Proficiency in Excel with advanced functions is essential along with strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data accurately. Excellent communication skills are a must for preparing pitch decks and client materials effectively.
