Senior Project Manager

Our client, an established developer in Abu Dhabi, is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a key player in the construction industry, our client prides itself on delivering high-quality projects while adhering to regulatory requirements and construction standards. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in construction project management, particularly focusing on large-scale development projects within the GCC region.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from conception stages to completion. This includes developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, as well as managing project risks and resolving any issues that arise during construction. Effective communication between the client, contractor, and project stakeholders is crucial in ensuring the success of each project. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to review and approve construction plans and designs while managing feasibility studies and budget forecasting for projects.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities. A proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget is essential. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and practices is also necessary for this position. Being a member of a recognized body such as RIBA, CIOB, or RICS would be advantageous.
