Financial Controller

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations at Kibsons. This includes preparing accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, conducting financial analysis to provide strategic recommendations for senior management decision-making, and managing audits (internal and external) efficiently. You will lead the implementation of financial systems and ERP software while supervising VAT filings in compliance with UAE regulations. Additionally, you will monitor working capital requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial targets.

The ideal candidate for this role holds a professional certification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA with a minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in financial management roles. Previous experience as a Financial Controller in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors is preferred. Proficiency in IFRS and UAE VAT regulations, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial systems like SAP or Oracle is essential. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and the capability to work under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
