Treasury Manager

As a Treasury Manager at Deem Finance, you will play a crucial role in executing day-to-day treasury securitization activities aimed at securing wholesale financing for the company. You will be the key point of contact for operational execution of Project Secure, a specialized treasury project focused on executing a securitization facility with a financial institution. Your responsibilities will include managing securitization-related IT, operations, reporting, and administrative activities to maintain optimal funding levels in compliance with senior lender's terms and conditions. Additionally, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as IT vendors, financial institutions, legal advisors, and accounting firms to ensure seamless coordination in line with Deem's treasury risk framework.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in securitization-related transactions within a treasury operations or back-office environment. Previous experience in a bulge bracket bank in developed markets is strongly preferred. You should possess strong communication skills to update key management team members on treasury securitization and management activities within a volatile business environment. A bachelor's degree in quantitative, technical or financial field is required, while a master's degree in finance or management would be advantageous but not mandatory. • Experience in Securitization related transactions in a Treasury Operations
• Few years spent in Treasury back-office of Bulge bracket bank in Developed Markets
• 2-5 years experience in Treasury Securitization Back-office Operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative, Technical or Financial field
• Master’s degree in Finance or Management preferable but not required
• ACCA, CFA or related qualification

• Act as key point of contact for Operational execution of Project Secure
• Day-to-day execution of Securitization related IT, Operations, Reporting and Administrative activities
• Manage Operational process of mapping, planning and monitoring of how Deem Treasury manages the Securitization requirements
• Contribute towards Treasury Management related ad hoc tasks as a Treasury specialist (SME)
