As the Finance & Operations Director, you will play a crucial role within the leadership team of the Gulf Cluster, reporting directly to the Vice President and General Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to provide financial support and strategic guidance to enhance business performance. You will oversee accounting, finance, treasury, tax functions, as well as manage Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Digital Data & IT, and Customer Excellence & Business Insights operations. Your expertise will drive optimal working of IT solutions and procurement activities aligned with affiliate targets.

To excel in this role, you should possess a university degree in Finance or Business Administration with at least 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles within multinational corporations. Proficiency in budget procedures, financial analysis, local tax knowledge, legal contracts understanding, compliance matters awareness are essential requirements. Effective communication skills in English along with strong relationship-building abilities are key attributes we seek. Additionally, experience in managing teams and providing constructive feedback is highly valued.

• University degree in Finance or Business Administration with 10 years of experience in Finance, including leadership positions in a multinational corporation.
