HRBP Translation Assistant
Job requirements:
Proficient in Chinese/English/Arabic communication
Possesses a sales mindset and can adapt to various communication scenarios
Strong interest in New Media platforms like TikTok, able to quickly learn and understand related businesses
Exceptional candidates will be considered for bilingual skills (Chinese-English, Chinese-Arabic)
Must have HR background
Job responsibilities:
Search, screen, and recruit talents according to the company's job requirements
Assist the Business Director in translating and communicating with the team and business
Responsible for job introduction, recruitment communication, and talent judgment
Continuous learning and understanding of human resources and company New Media business
Qualifications:
Must be trilingual with proficiency in English, Arabic, and Chinese as a Must
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in TikTok agency
HR certification preferably a degree and experience in recruitment with basic functional HR knowledge is required.
