As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of financial management, including internal and external financial reporting, cash flow planning, budgeting, and various financial analyses. The ideal candidate for this position is a qualified certified auditor with at least 5 years of experience working with ADGM companies in the UAE. Proficiency in MS Dynamics is preferred but not required.
Key responsibilities for this role include preparing annual accounts, ensuring compliance with UAE ADGM regulations and tax requirements, conducting internal audits as needed, and handling ad-hoc tasks delegated by management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting and budgets, along with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
